Orders and Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store full credit card details.

  • Orders are only processed once payment has been received.

Custom Orders

  • We offer custom knives, engravings, and personalized designs.

  • Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be confirmed before production begins.

  • Once work has started, custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Because each custom knife is handmade, slight variations in pattern, handle material, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of your knife.

Shipping

  • We offer free shipping within the continental United States and Canada.

  • All orders ship from Canada.

  • Standard orders usually ship in 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order knives may take 7–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

  • We have a 30-day return policy for unused, unsharpened, and non-custom items.

  • Custom or personalized knives cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

  • All knives are sold as functional tools and collectibles. It is your responsibility to use them safely and legally.

  • By purchasing, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state, province, or country to own and carry a knife.
