Each Stag Steel Damascus folding knife is forged by hand, not stamped off a line. The layered steel creates a grain pattern as unique as a fingerprint, so no two knives are identical. We offer two Damascus steels, each built for a different kind of carrier: high-performance carbon for the edge purist, or stainless for the grab-and-go everyday user.

15N20 / 1095 | 58, 69 HRC

Sharpens easier and holds an edge longer than stainless. The trade-off: it needs a quick wipe and occasional oiling to keep rust away. If you enjoy caring for your tools, this is the steel that rewards you.
