Stag & Steel Knives — Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unsharpened, with no signs of wear, cutting, or stropping
  • In the same condition you received it, with all tags, accessories, and the original sheath/packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Handmade note: Each knife is handcrafted, so small variations in pattern, finish, or handle grain are normal and not considered defects.


Not Returnable (except for defects on arrival)

  • Customized or personalized items such as engraving, custom dimensions, or special materials
  • Used items or damage caused by normal use
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if there’s an issue:

If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will be rejected.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, please contact us:
